Information collected
The contact and RFQ forms collect the information you submit, such as your name, company, work contact details, project information, selected categories, messages and uploaded project files.
How it is used
Information is used to receive, review, route and respond to building-material enquiries, troubleshoot delivery and protect the forms against abuse. The website logs a delivery identifier and timestamp without intentionally retaining unnecessary personal data in the delivery log.
Sharing and retention
Form information is sent to Benaa Supply through the configured transactional email provider. Submitted data may be shared with relevant supply parties only as needed to assess the request. Retention should be limited to legitimate business, legal and security needs.
Your choices

Security and international processing
Reasonable server-side validation, upload restrictions, rate limiting and abuse controls are used. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Provider processing locations depend on the configured services.
